4 WAY TEST SPEECH CONTEST

Each year the Moreno Valley Rotary Club sponsors a high school speech contest. Each student’s speech is to incorporate the guidelines of Rotary’s Four Way Test of the things we think say or do:

Is it the truth

Is it fair to all concerned

Will it build good will and better friendships

Will it be beneficial to all concerned?

Students at all Moreno Valley high schools may enter the contest at the school level. The top speech selected will be invited to present their speech at our Rotary club luncheon.

INTERACT

SCHOLARSHIPS

COMMUNITY

At Home and Abroad

"M" on the Mountain

Since the origins of the "M" on the Mountain, the Rotary club has actively supported the creation and maintenance of this beloved symbol. Each year the club donates funds and/or person power to clear brush, provide lighting or refresh the paint. Volunteers are welcome to join in. Contact our club president for date and time.

THANKSGIVING LUNCHEON

On Tuesday, November 24th, we will continue our decades-long tradition of providing a warm meal for those who lack the means or who enjoy fellowship with others. This free lunch is served from 11am - 1pm at the Cornerstone Christian Fellowship church, 13300 Indian Street, Moreno Valley.

SALVATION ARMY

Our membership actively supports the Salvation Army by volunteering as bell ringers, board members and overall support of their mission to relieve homelessness and inspire hope for those in need.

FUEL RELIEF FUND

The Rotary Club of Moreno Valley proudly supports Fuel Relief Fund, (FRF) the world’s only charitable organization focused exclusively on fuel provision in natural disasters and complex emergencies. Leveraging our fuel industry and humanitarian sector expertise, FRF manages emergency fuel supply chain in the direst of circumstances when fuel is a critical resource.

Today, polioremains endemic only in Afghanistan, Nigeria, and Pakistan. But it's crucial to continue working to keep other countries polio-free.
